Ini Cake Decor Policies

1. Ordering Policy

  • Orders must be placed at least 3–7 days in advance, depending on cake complexity.

  • Custom or large event cakes require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.

  • Orders are confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received.

  • Last-minute orders are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.

2. Payment Policy

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom cake orders.

  • Full payment must be made before delivery or shipping.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, and approved digital payment platforms.

  • Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in order cancellation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date may receive a partial refund (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on flavor or design preferences once the cake has been accepted.

  • In the rare event of a bakery error, a replacement or partial refund may be offered at the bakery’s discretion.

4. Design and Customization Policy

  • All cakes are handmade; slight variations in color, design, or decoration may occur.

  • Clients are encouraged to provide reference images, but exact replication is not guaranteed.

  • The bakery reserves the right to make minor design adjustments for structural or aesthetic reasons.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Customers must inspect their cakes upon delivery.

  • Once the cake has been delivered and inspected, responsibility for its condition transfers to the customer.

  • Delivery fees apply based on distance and location.

  • The bakery is not liable for damages caused during customer transport or improper storage.

6. Storage and Handling Policy

  • Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Refrigeration is recommended for cakes with fresh cream, fruit, or perishable fillings.

  • Cakes should be consumed within 48–72 hours for best quality.

7. Allergy and Dietary Policy

  • The bakery handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.

  • While efforts are made to prevent cross-contamination, allergen-free cakes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Customers must inform the bakery of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.

8. Photography and Marketing Policy

  • The bakery reserves the right to photograph cakes for promotional use on social media, websites, and marketing materials.

  • Customer privacy is respected; personal event details will not be shared without consent.

9. Customer Satisfaction Policy

  • Feedback is welcomed to help improve products and services.

  • Any issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery for review.

10. Policy Updates

  • Policies are subject to change without prior notice.

  • The most recent version will always be available upon request or displayed in-store and online.
